Björn Thor Arnarson

Björn Thor Arnarson is a post-doc researcher at the University of Copenhagen. Arnarson received his PhD from Lund University in November 2016, focusing on international trade. In his dissertationExports and Externalities, Arnarson focused on Swedish companies' behavior and decisions regarding the export of their products and how exporters influence service companies in their area. Arnarson has, among other things, also written about how companies in Malmö were affected by new transport possibilities when the Öresund Bridge opened in "Bridging Trade Barriers: Evaluating Models of Multi-Product Exporters" (see swopec.hhs.se/lunewp/abs/lunewp2015_006.htm) .

Arnarson is now focusing on the project BRIDGE - Labour Market Integration: Consequences of Cross-Border Commuting, financed by the Horizon 2020 plan of the EU.
